將不同檔案的文字及圖表抄至同一個檔案內
但其實這樣往往會導致格式移位
又或者其他奇奇怪怪的東西...
最近有人問我應該如何將不同的word檔案合併
經過我上網搜尋後
發現有一個方法,可以合併不同word檔案
而又大致不破壞格式:
假設有兩個檔案,一個叫a.doc ,一個叫b.doc
流程如下:
1. 打開 a.doc(一般為A4)
2. 將游標移到此檔案最後一頁的最後一個字
3. 按[插入]-[插入分隔設定]-[點選下一頁]-[確定]
4. 按[插入]-[檔案]-[b.doc]-[確定]
5. 調整版面
6. 依此類推插入其他相關檔案
7. 存檔
經測試,這個方法最大的問題是page number 可能會搞亂左
即係a.doc 排page 1-11, b.doc 又係排page 一至十一
,然後b.doc併入a.doc 的話,整體會變成page 1-22
要手動調節才能分返開d page number
